I found Simone through a friend and requested an appraisal. I could tell right away on the phone we were going to connect very well. Simone met me and listened to my story of why I needed to sell my house. One of the first things I noticed was how incredibly sensitive and empathetic she was towards my situation. The sale of my house wasn't a comission to her, it was to help me begin my new life without my recently late hudband. We reviewed market strategies and chose an auction setting, however , Simone became concerned with my mental health and we chose a different tactic, which took so much pressure off of me, as she knew the stress of grief was already a lot for me to have on my shoulders.
