Simone has impressed us from day one, with her well preparedness on arrival, she took the time to listen to our needs, inspected the property then offered her services, she was not pushy or trying to offer extra recommendations to improve the property such as staging, etc... Simone was assisted by Madison, both were professional in all the inspection days such as punctuality, flexibility and presentation. They did follow ups in the background and provided feedback to the client in due course, although its frequency could have been more consistent. Nevertheless, the more pertinent messages were transmitted. Her market knowledge was very good despite the fluctuating changes on the current Brisbane market. Her initial strategy to go on auction could have been altered by one offer prior to auction however she and the client agreed to stick to the plan and test the market at auction night, which proved to be a success.
