Having known Siobhan through my sister and her having recently been successful in selling my brother's home in Burpengary after he was with one real estate for nearly a year, I had no hesitation is selecting Siobhan to sell my property in Enoggera. Enoggera is a good 30 minutes away from Sandgate and closer to the city and Siobhan had no idea what the house would be worth when we started but she did her homework and came up with a value that was confirmed by other real estates that had been contacting me to wanting my listing. I decided to go to auction. Siobhan did a quick style of the house removing excess furniture and arranging existing furniture to give the house a more homely look. I didn't recognise the house once it was photographed and advertised. It looked amazing. We got very reasonable offers from the open houses and I sold before auction which suited me.
