We listed our property with Siobhan early March with the first home open on the 14th. Covid-19 caused restrictions to public mixing which made marketing very difficult. None of this stopped Siobhan. She adopted new strategies to work within the rules while still keeping everybody safe and still had an offer on the table in under 3 weeks. Siobhan was required to work with three parties from three different states in the sale of a shop in Wilagee; a former Butcher Shop in need of a significant amount of renovation to make it 'sellable'. Siobhan and her assistant Hayley were met with significant challenges from stakeholders at times but both managed to remain professional and courteous despite being under enormous pressure from those who did not understand the process nor the potential timeline in selling a building of this nature.
