First and foremost, I wanted to let others know that not all real estate agents are the same. This is the first house that my husband and I have sold and, like many people, we didn't really think it mattered which agent we picked as long as we went with an agent from the area. This was a tough learning experience for us - this is the second time we placed our beloved house on the market and although we should have gone with Siobhan the first time as the number 1 agent in the area - we did not. Siobhan is genuine and honest and knows exactly how to market and style a property to show if off the best way possible. Siobhan has an amazing stylist she uses who knows exactly what she wants and she has a photographer and videographer who are simply brilliant. Siobhan surrounds herself with industry professionals who are all working together to get you the best price for your property. And Siobhan is involved every step of the way – meeting with the Stylist and attending the property with the photographer and videographer. Her video is also wonderful and so professional. We are so grateful to Siobhan for holding our hand through this process and spending a lot more time with us than was normal due to our anxiety and nervousness. We had tenants in the house just prior to sale and Siobhan even attended our final inspection so that she could get a good look at the house as soon as possible. She then provided us with guidance and advice on the changes to make to the house including changing the house to downlights inside and out. Siobhan then attended a meeting at the house with us and our wonderful electrician to work through the significant lighting changes we were going to make. She was available to us day and night and nothing was too much trouble. Siobhan has a brilliant Executive Assistant too – Shanelle, and she is also there to hold your hand and walk you through the steps and processes. We will never use anyone else and will recommend Siobhan always.
