When it came to selling our home in town it was easy to choose Sirah and John as our preferred agency. We had used their services a couple of years ago to sell and acreage property and the experience this time, was every bit as good as the previous time. Great service and a great result.

It started out as fine, the day I drove from Noosaville to see the property at Eumundi. 24th February, if my diary serves me correctly. On the way there the rain came down in buckets. On arrival, the gutters were so full I couldn't even jump over them. Had to take off my shoes and wade across. Hmmmm .... not a good start, I thought. Then, we both went in and it's as if Sirah let the house do the talking and selling. She was aware of my needs - a home that was not in need of any repairs and was able to provide a nice dry space given the amount of rain that falls in this neck of the woods. And I fell in love with it. So where does the "above and beyond" come into it? My sense of direction is hopeless and I became terribly lost on the way back. GPS on the phone didnt work and I ended up on Sunshine Beach, I think. I called Sirah and told her I was lost - could she help me? And she did, God bless her. She stayed on the line and guided me street by street by street (how did she manage to do that I dont know) until I was safely at my daughter's place. It's not easy being my age (and no I'm not going to say) having lived in Sydney for most of my life to be at a loss as to where I need to go to fill up with petrol let alone travel from village to village looking for a place to live with no street directory or GPS. My self confidence took a real dive. I felt very stupid and insecure. Sirah's very calm and encouraging approach was definitely above and beyond. What an angle. Thank you, my dear.
