Sita initially appeared responsive and cooperative, assuring that property cleaning and compliance certificates would be handled smoothly. However, the post-settlement experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. Despite multiple follow-ups, nothing was delivered as promised. He went overseas during settlement, leaving no one available to properly manage the handover, keys, or property walkthrough.
