What impressed me about Slav is how efficient he was at getting the ball rolling in the sale of my investment property. He knew I had a time frame, and he worked quickly to get the house up to scratch, photos done, the house on the market, and then sold for a price I was very happy with. Slav was a great communicator, and would give me daily updates in regards to what was happening with handymen fixing the property, liaising with tenants, and then keeping me informed during the open home and sale process. Slav was able to promptly answer any questions I had and made the experience quite enjoyable. I would 100% recommend Slav and would definitely use his services again.
