Slav was fantastic from the first phone call. Super friendly, engaging, happy and easy going. Response on the email and texts were great! Never let us down. When we had a second viewing of our new property, he was super understanding and encouraged us to take our time as we went through a few things, just so everything felt right. When signing contracts, he was so helpful as we had our 14 week old daughter present. Offered a private room to change a nappy and feed if needed. The little things like that go a long way.
