Purchasing remotely is a daunting and risky exercise. I'm from Sydney and as a buyer invested in Scarborough, fortunately not for the first time. My research was on paper very robust and aligned with the listed price expectations. Without meeting Solomon as the property agent the 'rules of negotiation' seemed at first challenging. Solomon is a very clear and an open communicator however there's always a factor of what else needs to be included in the discussion to drive the achieved result. Solomon listens and provides a non subjective opinion in order to progress and lock the deal. Solomon took extra time to make sure the contract and information was available and he knows that a negotiation can be very exhausting, so having Solomon taking the lead to go through the contract and sign off was a relief. I am pleased that the deal was achieved efficiently and met both parties expectations.
