We've used Sommai twice now. The first time Sommai brought the buyers to the the house whe my wife was home and my wife sold it. The second time my wife also sold the house as she was the one who interacted with the buyer. Raine and Horne were really only needed for the advertisement. Nothing against Sommai but as I said my wife would make a great realestate agent!
