I highly recommended Sonny for all matters relating to real estate. Through the many years dealing with Sonny I find him to be a very professional and knowledgeable person. He was very informative at all times, was always reachable and responsive to all the queries I had. Sonny had helped to find a very good tenant for my rental property and for many years under the management of Laing + Simmons Cabramatta I had no issues whatsoever as rent was always paid on time. Through this strange time, Sonny has continued to assist me with the recent sale of my rental property via auction and I’m very grateful for his professional services and the whole team at Laing + Simmons Cabramatta.

Sonny the best of sellers I never know. He is the one who you can trust. He always try hard to get the best price for the property. So good Sonny.
