I had a very positive experience working with Sonya. She is very pleasant to deal with and always responsive, which made the whole process much smoother. What stood out the most was how clear it was that she genuinely tried to help wherever possible. While doing her job to protect the interests of her vendor, she still maintained a transparent and fair approach throughout the process. She made an effort to ensure we had the opportunity to understand the situation and move forward in a reasonable way. That balance between representing her vendor strongly while remaining professional and transparent with buyers is not easy, but Sonya handled it very well. Overall, she was highly professional, responsive, and great to communicate with.
