We were comfortable placing an offer for the house Sonya was selling as she had provided quotes and reports from relevant consultants pertaining to the Subject property - contour plans, demolition quote, etc. The due diligence she’d performed prior meant that we didn’t have to research these ourselves. She was pretty transparent throughout the negotiation process - no playing games or time wasting, and most importantly was prompt in her responses. We appreciated that she took the extra initiative to check on the house for us after a hail storm. On another occasion, she wheeled the bins back after garbage pickup day - on her own initiative; we didn’t have to ask. She’d help recommend other consultants (builder, property manager) post settlement. The attention to the small details and follow ups shows she cares and is a respectable professional. We’ve no doubt that she provides a high level of service to her clients and stakeholders. Highly recommended.
