Sonya was the selling agent for the property we were purchasing. Although Sonya was not representing us, Sonya took a personal interest in the factors which were motivating our property search and really understood our needs. There were a number of times that it looked like the sale wouldn't proceed (both pre and post contract) but Sonya went over and above to ensure that the deal got done.
