Sonya helped the reviewer buy this property

Thanks for your help our house purchase

It was a pleasure to buy our frost home through Sonya. Never seen such a real estate agent be so equipped. She has her own team who setup the display, a greeter, and discussions of a coffee van. I feel like they weren't just helping the seller but also the buyer. She personally called us up to talk through the contract and go through the contract page by page. Buying your first home is scary but her team really helped through the process and was very upfront on what would help us get the property. They even helped us to get the previous owner to fix the roof which was their advice to ask for. Thanks again for being a good agency and dispelling some of the bad names agencies get.
