Best of The Best!

I have monitored this bright courteous young man's performance since the early stages of the pandemic in NSW. I recalled Mr. Soon Tee has turned some old properties in Granville and nearby suburbs to some excellent results (ie. over the Million $ mark), so I have done my homework and shortlisted him since then. When it was time to approach a property agent to sell my 9 to 5 hard-working $ home recently, he was the "standout" pick because of his excellent track record to "still" perform so well during the hard times of the pandemic/ flooding misfortunes (ie. "when the going gets tough, the tough gets going"), that's how I see the "Goodness & Helpfulness" of this young hardworking man's kind nature "to perform to his best ability" for our hard earning $ home. And the end result for our recently SOLD property was a sweet one because it was what Soon have committed to sell at the "best possible price" for us, and he did it so successfully on A-Day (Auction Day) together with all his great LJ Hooker Granville team members in front of our house that day (lead by the business owner Joe Bechara, Peter Tannous - Auctioneer and many other friendly team members of Soon - per their website intro line says, they all "work together as one team to help you achieve your real estate dreams" - that was what really happened on our nice ending A-Day) and all this happened because throughout the 4 week Open House campaign Soon was very professional in all aspects of his work (ie. his very "calm" marketing approach, and helpful feedback/guidance communication throughout the selling process was exceptional). I am not the only one praising Soon Tee's effort and his great team at Granville (the Awards they have achieved and many other reviews here have ALREADY "painted" the True experience they have had).
