Upon meeting Sophia for the first time, I could tell that she knew the apartment market incredibly well in Melbourne and in particular in the building where I had my property. Her insights into the sale of my apartment were far more realistic and honest than anyone else who I had spoken to. It gave me the level of comfort I needed to proceed with the sale. Sophia kept me well informed every step of the process and was always extremely responsive if I had any queries along the way. Despite the buyer requesting a 30 day settlement and being my first property sale, I never had any concerns as I knew that Sophia had everything under control. The sale went incredibly smoothly. I am very appreciative of all of the hard work Sophia did on my behalf to get me a result that I am extremely happy with. I would gladly have Sophia as my agent again in the future.
