Sophie is a great attribute to Methven, Lilydale. Her professionalism and approach to her work is second to none. This process was made so much easier as a result of her effectiveness and timely approach. She was so easy to work with, things flowed smoothly and if ever there was an issue, Sophie was more than willing to find a quick and acceptable resolution. Having dealt with several agents recently, Sophie was simply a delight to deal with. Quite literally a breath of fresh air.

Sophie really did make our first experience a lot easier than we imagined. Buying a house at first felt quite daunting but Sophie made a massive effort to make every appointment happen on time and at our convenience. Would recommend her to anyone.

Sophie was a very genuine and lovely person to deal with. She did her very best for us during what turned out to be quite a difficult time. As a result of the difficulties that occurred with the hand over of the property that we purchased I did feel that Sophie did not have adequate support or guidance from more senior people and management within the organisation. I am sure that Sophie will do well with her chosen career. I hope that Methven Professionals Lilydale will support Sophie & their other staff with further education & any relevant training that may be of benefit to them into the future.
