From the moment I met her at another property’s auction, she was the one that made sure we had a brochure and knew what was happening, even though we were clearly not there to buy, which is actually what enticed me to call her. Right the way through our first appointment she was truthful, honest and realistic. What she estimated we would get for our apartment, we did, no smoke and mirrors here. She was attentive throughout the sale, even after the property settled and nothing was ever an issue. Her knowledge of our area and our building was impressive and discresstion was key. Sophie is a good communicator, she manages the sales tasks well and is straight forward in her approach. I would feel comfortable dealing with Sophie as both a buyer and a seller. There is room for improvement in the on-line and social marketing campaign areas, however this maybe an industry-wide weakness.
