You're right when you say that searching for a home can be a tedious & stressful process! I do not think I've ever signed so much paperwork in my life. You made it very easy for me, and always made yourself available for whatever questions I may have. In addition you're friendly and enthusiastic! Your communications skills and the ability to easily relate to people certainly do you credit. We looked at several properties before I saw 2/32 Matlock st, of which you showed me around a couple. Bell-Park one rainy Saturday morning, and some newly built units in Hamilyn Heights if I remember correctly. You were only too happy to show me around and answer any questions I (or my folks) had. When 2/32 Matlock st was open for inspection, I missed my opportunity to view it, yet you were able to tee up another time with me to view it, making sure the tenant in the house was okay with this, and again answer all my questions. At no point throughout the experience did I feel pressured or confused, like I was being forced into something. Everything was explained to me in terms that were perfectly clear. The negotiation stage when purchasing the house went smoothly, and I got it for a price at which I was happy with. In addition, it was nice to see you for the final inspection so I could check that everything with the house was as it should be. By the way, I appreciated the gift hamper Buxton got me - very kind of you all.
