When we were searching to buy a property in Kew, we visited numerous houses, but none seemed to be the perfect fit for us. Property hunting was becoming quite challenging and time-consuming. However, everything changed when we met Sophie. Through a series of conversations, Sophie took the time to truly understand our needs and requirements. She guided us to the right property. Thank you, Sophie!!

Sophie is always there and available when we need any clarification. She is also personally showing the house despite her very busy schedule and always have time for us when we call to chat. We really enjoy her service.

Sophie has very accurate and detailed market knowledge. Sophie is a consummate professional with a superb team assisting her work - another agent that works with Sophie all the time and an administration officer as well. This means that any problems that crop up before or after the sale are dealt with very promptly and with great efficiency - Kay and Burton's Concierge service is also excellent in resolving minor maintenance issues incredibly quickly. Sophie works enormously hard on your behalf as vendor. Our auction was very well attended with 6 bidders, testament to her wide network of prospective buyers. Sophie and her team have great judgment on what will bring out the best in the property and what is unnecessary to improve in presentation. Sophie is easy to communicate with and always available.
