Sophie and her team handled the sale of our property. Sophie is a very professional and experienced agent. She is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and passionate. She works very hard and whenever we contacted her she always replied promptly. Recently she sold our house with a great result. I would say if you want to buy or sell your home, go to Kay and Burton and ask for Sophie, you will be very happy with the service. Thanks Sophie!

Sophie Su is the best! Lots of my friends go to her for buying or selling houses. My hubsband and I are huge fans. We bought from her last year and just sold a property through her. She sold our property before aution and got the best possible price on main road. She's really the best!

We are new to Australia, we bought our dream house from Sophie last year. From the moment we met her, Sophie left a lasting impression with her genuine, straightforward, and honest approach. Her sincerity made us trust her completely, particularly given the extensive market knowledge and delightful personality. Of Course she is the No.1 agent in the area. Thank you Sophie for all your hard work!!

An unforgettable experience, from the first meeting to the first home purchase. Sophie gave us a lot of professional advice, patient explanations, and smooth communication.

I'd like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sophie for her exceptional professionalism and genuine support throughout the sale of our property. From our initial purchase at auction from Sophie 2 years ago to this recent sale, Sophie has consistently demonstrated her expertise and made the process smooth. She's not just our agent but also a trusted friend. Thank you, Sophie, for your outstanding service.

Sophie showed genuine interest and commitment from our first meeting. She was totally transparent and cohesive with her approach, and patiently explained it to us in great detail, answering the many questions that we had. She impressed us with her knowledge and we fully trusted her with selling our family home. Sophie’s market expertise and passion are unmatched, and her personalised approach made us feel valued and supported throughout. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, providing clear and consistent communication every step of the way. Sophie is incredibly driven, knowledgeable and professional but also genuinely invested in her clients’ success. We cannot recommend her highly enough.

I've known Sophie for more than 10 years, and I trust her completely. Both my family and friends have bought or sold through her. Last Saturday, selling my property was a nerve-wracking moment, especially with the market being so unstable, and buyers being quite selective. The location and the condition of the house made the process very difficult, but luckily, Sophie made it happen. We had three bidders at the auction, which relieved me a lot. Thanks, Sophie! I highly recommend her services.

I've known Sophie for quite a while. She's incredibly professional and reliable.

I had a positive experience with the real estate agent and her team during the home-buying process. They provided excellent customer service, addressing my contract concerns, actively coordinating before the auction, and alleviating any worries I had. They were responsive, promptly addressing and resolving any questions I had.

We engaged Sophie and her team to sell our home and could not recommend them any more highly. Sophie is a leader in her field. The whole process was flawless; from the initial appraisal to the successful conclusion of the sale of our home, Sophie and her team displayed unparalleled professionalism, honesty and integrity. Sophie is exceptionally knowledgeable and connected within the real estate market. She is an amazing negotiator with prospective buyers. Communication was excellent. She kept us updated throughout the whole campaign with regular conversations and meetings. She was present at every single opening, and was supported by the exceptional Allan Fang. We could not speak any higher of her. Our experience with Sophie and Allan was outstanding and we can not recommend them enough.

Sophie was very knowledgeable and professional during the whole process, was patient and helpful. I would recommend her service to anyone.
