Sophie was professional, approachable, and great to work with throughout the sale process. She communicated well, provided honest feedback, and kept me informed every step of the way. Her hard work and dedication resulted in a successful sale, and I was very happy with the outcome. I would happily recommend her to others.
Good market knowledge, local to town and very professional
Sophie has been brilliant throughout this process. She has been very prompt with her communication and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Her professionalism and expertise have made the entire process smooth and reassuring.
We found Sophie and her team very professional. I was very happy with the price Sophie got us. Was very helpful with what buyers wanted and looking for. The sale was quick and easy for us. We sold through Blights and bought the new place through Blights aswell. Would definitely recommend Sophie and the Blights team 👍
We recently purchased our holiday home at Fisherman Bay through Sophie Tod at Blights, and couldn't be happier with the service. Sophie kept us informed every step of the way, from the initial finance approval through to coordinating settlement dates with the vendor and conveyancers. She was responsive, professional, and proactive in chasing updates on our behalf whenever timelines needed adjusting. Buying a property — especially one a fair distance from where we live — can come with a lot of moving parts, but Sophie made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was always quick to reply and happy to liaise directly with all parties involved to keep things moving. We'd happily recommend Sophie and the team at Blights to anyone buying or selling in the Port Pirie region.
Sophie maintained communication when I missed something; she worked hard to sell the property and took onboard my requests . And had helpful suggestions and directives regarding preparation of property. And managed many loose ends
Sophie Tod and her team were so helpful and answered all and any questions I had and made the whole buying process easy.
