Sorens role in the sale of the property was complex, this being a mortgagee sale. In addition to the marketing campaign, Soren looked after the vacant property as if it was his own. He was the security person, arranged sub contractors ( electricians, plumbers, carpet layers, builders and more) and personally ensured that the property was in a pristine condition for any open home.
