Experience was okay, but it seems that once they get your business and your money they don't want anything to do with you. Communication poor and getting after sale documents was difficult, considering I shouldn't even have to ask for settlement docs.
Soren was extremely well informed and knowledgeably answered all of our questions during the purchase process. He made himself available on a number of occasions both before and after the sale went unconditional to answer questions and provide access to measure for furnishings etc. Never any pressure, just genuine helpful interactions. Would highly recommend!
