We recently bought a house in beeliar and had the pleasure of working with semple real estate , with the lovely Kirstin and Noeline helping in every way possible and answering all my questions quickly and efficiently . Nothing was a drama , would recommend.

Very happy with the outcome of purchasing in Yangebup. Kirsten was very bubbly, down to earth and easy to communicate with. Also had phone conversations with Soulla and found she was very professional in securing the house. We received a beautiful hamper from Kirsten & Soulla once settlement was finalised. We are first time home buyers, and Soulla was representing the sellers. She was friendly and approachable, a nice change from some other realtors we had been encountering on our home hunt. She was very patient with us in talking through the paperwork which we had never seen before, and made sure to explain thoroughly when we didn't understand. Her and her team willingly showed us through the property several times, and at outside normal hours, which we greatly appreciated being both F/T workers. There was no pressure, as it were, she allowed us the space to make our own decision, and offered us many viewings in the nearby area to compare what else was available and what prices. We met Soula by accident as we saw a house for sale in Atwell as we were looking to downsize...Straight away we phoned and requested a viewing..within 10 mins Soula's assistant arrived keys in hand...we were taken back by they're timing ...then our Kardinya house was put on the market and within 2 days Soula's team had a private viewing. ..on the 2nd day they had a buyer for us...and negotiation went thru ...to the price we found acceptable...thanks Soula.. to you and your team ...
