Srecko seems to know his stuff. We never really spoke much other to say my property was on the market, the house was open for inspection and that it was sold.

Decided to sell an investment property owned for 10 years. Been quite a few years since our last sale and wasn't up with current procedures. Met with Srecko to discuss the process and a rough estimate of price. He retuned a week later with a professional sales proposal including research on recent sales, an advertising plan and the best sales method. We received an offer too good to refuse after only 2 weeks on the market. Great result, professional attitude, no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone.
