I had been looking for a house for a few months, I was checking Realestate.com.au everyday. When my place was listed I contacted Stacey about inspection and clarify if it wa suitable. I went to open house and was given all details both positive and negative and was made aware of a few minor issues. We discussed negotiations and I filled out an offer and thankfully due to Stacey's assistant helping and waiting for my completion of paperwork, as Stacey had another open house to attend.
