In my experience this was a very average one. Couldn't enter property early as discussed, wasted a week of holidays.

Hi Adam, I hope you're settled in to your hew home and enjoying living there. Thankyou for taking the time to give me a review on rate my agent. I'm concerned by your comments and my 3 star rating so I'm wanting to touch base to see how I personally let you down. I thought I had always acted in your best interests and had a good rapport with you. So to see that you feel it's my fault you could not have access to the property really upsets me, that was totally out of my control, I can only do what the seller and their solicitor allows.
