This experience began with me cold calling Stacey to find my agent. Not only did she answer it whilst she was on holidays, she did a complete analysis including a clear marketing campaign and communication schedule that same day. Communication was exceptional and always would call when she said she would and called back the same day if she missed my call. In what was potentially a stressful time, she navigated our sale with composure and sometimes humour. Whilst we sold in the start of a slowing market, Stacey gave the best advice and got us the best price which we were very happy with. She exceeded our expectations for a sales agent and we had a great experience.
