From the first time I met Stacey I was confident that I wanted her to sell my property. Stacey's enthusiasm, professionalism and communication were always consistent and of the highest level. She always addressed my concerns and was extremely prompt in replying to my messages. Her determination to get the best outcome was constant. Stacey was always positive and friendly and I feel that she is passionate about her job.
Stacey did an excellent job on our property and got as good a price as could be hoped for . She was always professional, polite and accurate in her communications which were not always easy with 3 owners ( clients) involved in the process with different expectations and views on the property and sale process. The numbers that went through the property were far in excess of what I expected and this, I believe was reflected in the sale price. Stacey did a great job.
While obviously prior to and at auction Stacey was all about the best price for the seller, as you would expect and as it should be, from the point of sale forward Stacey was very helpful on numerous occasions. It was a complicated settlement and Stacey went above and beyond many times mediating issues that weren't really her concern.
