My experience has been excellent. I spoke with a number of agents over both rental management and then for the sale of the unit. On both accounts the response from Belle Property Redcliffe demonstrated their interest in helping you find the best way forward and their efficiency. The sale of my unit came at a time when the market was changing, property values falling etc. However, Stacey was brilliant in providing advice on the best way to present and market the unit, super efficient and great negotiation skills. I was very happy with the end result.

Stacey was a delight to deal with. She tried her best to help us out during the purchase of the property and had been on top of the comms throughout the process. She went above and beyond our expectations while arranging for inspections over video calls as we were based out of Sydney. Even though she was working for the sellers but we always felt that she was working for us as well and the deal turned out to in interest of both buyers and sellers. Unlike other agents, she didn't hide anything about the property so for us we were very comfortable with what we are buying although we never saw the property in person. Just based on my interaction with her, I would love for Belle Properties to be managing our property as well.
