She has been straightforward and her advice has been knowledgable and relevant to the market, in selling our property. Some agents one does not feel like trusting. Stacey is not one of those in our case. We would highly recommend her to a prospective seller.

Stacey is an agent who breaks the mould when it comes to real estate. She is honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable - she also works extremely hard in her position and clearly loves what she does. Her knowledge was very impressive, she knew heaps of information about the entire Noosa hinterland region and how each area is performing at the moment - always great information when you're selling and looking where to go next! It's always refreshing to deal with someone who challenges many misconceptions about agents; there are a lot of egos in real estate who always make it about what they think and don't listen to what's important to you. Stacey managed to organise several buyers before our property even hit the market officially. She always gave us thorough feedback too and didn't waste our time with dishonesty - another refreshing trait. Stacey is easy to get along with and very down to earth which made the process of selling through Countryside very stress free. Stacey worked together with other agents in their office to produce a fast result - normally agents fight over their listings and don't always work together for the vendor or buyer. We found selling with Countryside to be extremely stress free and successful - we got a signed contract within 2 weeks thanks to the teamwork and outstanding work ethic of Countryside realty. We bought the property through Countryside also so having the experience as both buyer and seller - we couldn't recommend Stacey and Countryside Realty enough!
