Stacey was informative and friendly

Stacey was a good positive communicator, listening and informative when needed. She obviously is well equipped in all the requirements for assisting me in buying a property and as I am selling and am settling contemporariously, she guided me is all aspects successfully. She made good recommendations when the property purchase was complicated by needing further inspection and work after the building and pest inspection did not meet approval. She liaised between the property manager owner tenant and myself in supervising and inspecting the work. A rental agreement between myself and the tenant was achieved with the minimum of fuss. As settlement was only 30 days it was a very busy time for me and I appreciated the support she offered to enable success.
