I cannot recommend Stacey as an agent highly enough. As a seller, I found her enthusiasm, honesty (some tough love involved) and market knowledge above par; her styling talent is awesome. Stacey kept me up to date every step of the way. She went out of her way to ensure my home was presented at its best to achieve the best possible outcome. I was particularly impressed that Stacey genuinely cares about both her vendors and purchasers; she goes out of her way to make the whole process as smooth as possible for both parties. I can truthfully say that Stacey is the only person I would contact in regards to real estate in the future.

We purchased our house and Stacy Ritson was the vendor’s agent. Throughout the whole purchase Stacy was marvellous. Stacy phoned us when she said she would. She relayed all our questions to the Vendor and negotiated the finer points. We had more contact with Stacy than our solicitor. Stacy was working for the Vendor, however, we felt that she was always willing to listen to us. If we were ever to sell we would not hesitate to have Stacy as our agent.

Stacey has sold a home and a unit for us. Family of Friends recommended her as she had sold their homes very fast. Stacey said it may take a while longer as this is a high end house. 6 days and house sold for the price we liked. Sold Unit within a couple of weeks for a great price. Absolutely awesome Agent.
