Stacey was great at the start. She held open houses every weekend, was very enthusiastic and communicated very well with us. However when we got near the end of the 60 days she was very pushy in trying to get us to settle for less than we thought our house was worth. When we said we wanted to remove our house from the market she complained that she had put in lots of work and that she would get nothing out of it (every though we had paid upfront for the marketing). She then proceeded to tell us that our house was not worth $300,000, even though she had advised we list the property for offers over $299,000. In the end she did work very hard with a buyer that was interesting in our house & got the price we were after. But not without making us feel like we were robbing money off a lovely old couple that couldn't afford to go any higher. "You got what you wanted" she said. In the end we got a great price for an Eagleby house, but it was very stressful.
