Appalled by her service
We are appalled with her, she showed rudeness , more interested in needs of tenants than ours,made us feel uncomfortable, we had to demand to see the house as she wanted the needs of the tenant met before ours, showed very little interest in us as the buyer , worst real estate we Have dealt with! And not even a thank you card and a wine to say thank you for dealing with them(we even got a gift basket from the real estate that sold our old house ray white Bundaberg , which were a pleasure and would use them again )! We bought our old house through Richardson and wrench Bargara and got a nice basket of thanks! Was a real stress to deal with her and the company

Dear Glen and Joanne, I genuinely appreciate every purchaser that I engage with as equally as the homeowners who entrust me with the sale of their property. So, I do thank you for purchasing through me.
However, I must point out that although you had purchased the property, it remains the tenant’s home and, as a professional agent, I abide by the real estate industry’s legislation that governs access to properties that are occupied by a tenant – not just because it is the law, but because it is also the decent thing to do.
Agents are required to provide appropriate notice to tenants before accessing a property and our community would be appalled if agents did not show that level of respect and understanding. It is a matter of personal regret that my genuine attempt to balance your needs and those of the tenant were interpreted as ‘rudeness’ or putting the tenant ahead of you
