I dealt with Stacie during the purchase of a property. As she worked in a different town to the purchase property, we only ever emailed and spoke on occasion. During this time though she was great. She always made an effort to call or email me back in a timely manner. There were times when family matters took priority but she made alternative arrangements to still be able to facilitate my/the sellers requests. She was very informative with regards to my purchase and even helped me with my sale. I did feel at times she was quite objective and kind of "sat on the fence". Only giving away the very minimal information she was allowed to give me. However, as she didn't work for me (she was not my real estate agent) she was not required to give me that information and could therefore only guide and encourage me to do my own research/ ask the right questions. During my dealings with Stacie she was always very professional. There were a couple of speed bumps during this sale process however I always felt like Stacie genuinely wanted me to purchase the property. Not just because she would be gaining a large commission. All in all if I was to need a real estate agent in the future, Stacie would absolutely be my first choice! Thank you again Stacie. You're a gem.
