Extremely disappointing as a buyer on two occasions with the sales people with this agency !

Please take some advise- when dealing with buyers/ sellers - please give equal advise and support to BOTH parties involved in a sale !! Our contract seemed very one sided- favoured the sellers ? Disappointing.
