So glad that I rang Stacy at random back in 2018, to get insights to the Mackay market and options for my investment property. Over the years, she has kept me up to date - to the point where in 2023 the market has improved sufficiently to make it worth selling. Stacy advised it was better to sell as a vacant property, with some minor capital improvements (painting, gardening) and staging. As I am interstate, Stacy obtained quotes and liaised with the painters, etc, regarding access to the property. I could not have achieved such a quick and good sale without her.
