Stacy did a great job, looking after a vendor with a worthy property but in a soft market, and looking after purchasers negotiating the complexities of an interstate move and needing a simultaneous settlement. It was a transaction with a lot of moving parts and Stacy did a good job of keeping everybody on board and in conversation. A good listener, patient and understanding.
