What attracted us to Stan was his honesty. He was very humble, very friendly, and had a professional appearance. He takes his job very seriously and is trustworthy. It is as if he is selling the house of his own family. He always asked us if he can help in any way at all. But what attracted us to Stan, was his professional appearance and coming across very friendly and approachable and not a pushy person at all. We were never given false promises and lead in a direction of ever getting our hopes up. And we ending up getting what we believed was the correct amount for the house. I previously had my property on the market for 6 months with another agent who was unable to even achive one contract in writing. I decided to go with Stan after talking to many other agents. Stan was honest and transparent and understood my property more than any of the others without having to give me the "hard sell" tactics. He was polite, relaxed and listened to what I had to say about my property taking it all on board when speaking to the buyers. There was more than one characteristic about my property that made it a difficult sell however Stan was able to work with that and helped me achieve a price that I was happy with.
