Stan takes his role as a real estate agent very serious, he is reliable, honest and hard working a person whom you instill a lot of trust too. Stan helped us with all the minor little details that go into selling a house, he even offered to help me clean the property for open homes. He helped me shop for items in the house to have the staged presentation ready for open homes. E PLACE also have outstanding auctioneers, if you were deciding to go with an Action. We were never given false promises and lead in a direction of ever getting our hopes up. And we ending up getting what we believed was the correct amount for the house. I can 100% say that Stan Egawa is someone I would do business with again and he will be my first contact when I need to buy and sell another house.
