No doubt that Stanley is good at helping vendors in selling their properties and he is prompt in dealing with correspondences with regards to price negotiation, getting you the real buyers and closing the deal. However, it seems that Stanley also needs to improve his communication skills with his client even though a deal has been closed while the client still has not received all the necessary statements from him (i.e. the correct marketing invoice charged by the agent and the settlement statement from the agent, etc.). Since Stanley was not responsive at all after several follow ups were done via emails or messages for about two weeks, I was only able to get all these documents by calling the agent company and reaching out to their accounting team by myself. Then I got what I need the second day. Hope Stanley can show more professionalism in his future career. Closing a deal is important, but it's not all what you do. Thanks.
