Great agent to deal with, Stanley was able to answer any questions that I had with regards to the unit in question. There were times I wasn't sure what was required but Stanley was able advise accordingly to this. He has been very patient and willing to come to the table during the initial deposit when the bank I was dealing with had problems. Would highly recommend him for this.

I have planned for the sales of an investment property. I went into the office of Tracy Yap Epping didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted by the receptionist and then Stanley Gu. This is when my experience with Stanley started. That was in Nov 2022 (in the aftermath of covid). I was a bit hesitant as I was worry about the timing of the sales (near Christmas, covid, new year shut down, interest rate on the rise etc). Stanley acted professionally and provided the right guidance. I provided the requisite information. Stanley helped me with the price range and expectation. Stanley handled the sales process very well (sales contract, dealing with my lawyer, management agent, expression of interest, styling of the property, inspections, open houses, providing feedback to me, contract exchange and lawyer feedback etc). Overall the sales experience was smooth and very good. The sales was completed in March 2023 with price as per my expectations. For my time to hunt a property, I have met a lot of realestate agents. In most of times, it is not quite good experience to deal with a few realestate agetns as they were pushing me and my partenr for buying property even we do not know about information about property. In the end, it ended up no go further step for buying property even we liked. However, Stanley was not the one of them.
