Stanley was particularly helpful with his recommendations for, and organization of, renovation work for preparing the property in readiness for sale - including re-carpeting, paint work, clearance of rubbish/unwanted items. He also kept us advised.on timing and progress for these pre-sale works as well as keeping us appraised of interest and developments during the course of the pre-auction open house program.
