Stavros was great to deal with from the get go. Notwithstanding that Stavros represented the vendor, we felt that he'd conducted himself with full transparency during the presentation of the house and the vendor's expectations. The final price would have been spot on Stavros' guidance had it not been another bidder at the auction.
