Stefan was very open and thorough with his communication in the sale of our home. He was always more than happy for our input with how we wanted to market and showcase the property for sale. He was flexible with any changes we wanted to make to open home times etc, as he only takes on a small amount of properties at a time. This is great and unlike many other agents who take on many, as your property with Stefan is his sole focus during the sales campaign. We sold in a dramatically changing (falling) market at the end of 2022 and although the house sale didn’t ideally go to plan, Stefan did his best with the sale!
