We recently engaged Stefan Blee to sell our property in Paddington Qld. We had previously tried last year with an agent that knew the area very well. He very quickly started the marketing campaign, was friendly and professional while dealing with our tenants, showed the house to 20 groups, answered over 50 email enquires within a few days, and after a total of 2 weeks, our house was sold. He was fast, professional but friendly at the same time and very easy to deal with. He also managed to exceed our expectations and we sold our property for much more than what we expected.
